2023 CADE Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Howell Mountain (2-Pack)

The 2023 CADE Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry, black cherry, vanilla bean, boysenberry, graham cracker, violets, licorice, and white pepper. On the palate are flavors of chocolate-covered black cherries, mocha, raspberry coolie, and black currants. The wine is full-bodied with balanced yet bold structure. It finishes with some cassis, cocoa powder, and espresso flavors. The 2023 vintage was very cool and relatively condensed for Howell Mountain, but the finished wines are deeply colored, balanced in tannin and structure, and exhibit great aging potential.
