SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number to PlumpJack Management Group LLC or any of its affiliated wineries or hospitality properties (collectively, “PlumpJack Collection”), and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from or on behalf of PlumpJack Collection, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. These messages may include, but are not limited to, winery releases and allocation notifications, wine club communications, event invitations and reminders, reservation confirmations and updates, promotional offers, and other hospitality or guest experience communications. Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with PlumpJack Collection and program activity, and you may receive up to six (6) messages per month.
By subscribing, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You understand that your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Opt-in to receive messages may occur through website forms, reservation forms, event registrations, wine club enrollment, point-of-sale signups, keyword campaigns, or other written or electronic subscription methods.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. PlumpJack Collection and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you re-enroll.
