2019 CADE Estate Sauvignon Blanc
The wine has aromas of green apple, grapefruit, white peach, lemon, lime, guava, kiwi, white flowers, and wet rocks. In the palate are flavors of green melon, pear, key lime pie, orange blossom, with a touch of minerality and honeydew melon. The wine has vibrancy and texture. The combination of fermenting in concrete eggs, stainless steel drums, and very lightly toasted French oak barrels gives this wine an amazing texture and mouthfeel. The bright acidity is maintained, while still coating the palate.
